Welcome to ActiviGo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ActiviGo mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by ActiviGo ("we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

ActiviGo is a social activity platform that allows users to create, discover, and join sports activities.

We may modify or update features of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

ActiviGo offers the following paid plans:

3.1 Monthly Subscription

  • Price: €4.99 per month (or local equivalent displayed in the App Store or Google Play)
  • Billing cycle: Monthly
  • Auto-renewal: Yes

The monthly subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. You can also use the cancel button within the ActiviGo app, which will redirect you to the appropriate platform settings.

3.2 Lifetime Plan

  • Price: €99.90 one-time (or local equivalent displayed in the App Store or Google Play)
  • One-time payment
  • No recurring charges

The Lifetime plan provides permanent access to Premium features for the duration of the Service's availability.

This is a non-recurring purchase and will not renew automatically.

4. Free Promotional Access

ActiviGo may offer promotional access to Premium features (e.g., a free 30-day access period).

Promotional access:

  • Does not require payment information
  • Does not auto-renew
  • Ends automatically after the promotional period

After expiration, access to Premium features will be removed unless the user purchases a subscription or Lifetime plan.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple and Google.

We do not collect or store your payment card details.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple and Google according to their respective refund policies. Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the respective platform according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund inquiries.

6. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or log in again on a new device, your purchases should be restored automatically. This applies to both subscription plans and the Lifetime plan—no extra charge if you previously purchased Premium.

Restoration is performed via your Apple receipt, your Google Play account, or our user account backend, depending on how you originally made the purchase.

If your purchases are not restored, try re-authenticating with the same account you used when purchasing, or use the "Restore purchases" option in the app. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@activigo.com.

Purchases are associated with the Activigo account used at the time of purchase. In cases where a purchase is linked to a different account, access may require verification.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via:

  • Apple: App Store → Account Settings → Subscriptions
  • Google: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

A cancel button is also available within the ActiviGo app on the subscription plan screen, which will redirect you to the appropriate platform settings to complete the cancellation.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
  • Harass or impersonate other users
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to interfere with the platform's operation

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Users may delete their account at any time from within the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ActiviGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • User-generated content
  • Interactions between users
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Availability of the Service

While we strive to provide continuous access to the Service, we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available without interruption.

We may modify or suspend the Service for technical, security, or operational reasons. In the event of permanent discontinuation, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer residing in another European Union Member State, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will notify users within the app.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
